The problem i have with all banks, no bank account, no true customer service. All about what solutions/services/ or accounts the tellers,"customer service ",. And bank can sell us. "Really big money capital bank really "!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect example: the customer has check needs cashing does not have account with capital bank, when this bank took over all community one banks, extra service and check cashing fees now apply. Before this was absorbed by bank or account holders. My good people, nothing wrong with making honest hourly wage money, but really but all banks now charge $5 to $10 check cashing fee. Now for a two minute transaction at $5 fee is equal to the bank charging $150 an hour. And some tellers can get this transaction done 60 seconds flat $ 300 an hour. I know two things come to mind, 1st: if the fee went to the tellers/workers like a tip for their customer service skills, no problem! Customers all day can be butts and most tellers deserve the fee.2nd: all of us should walk in with a gun give it to the teller or management and say let us do this right, just take/steal $150 to $300 an hour from me Mr. Legal loan shark!!!???? Yes people i know its only $5, but really brothers and sisters this is over the counter loan sharking at its finest. Walk in, drive-thur or highway. Maybe it's just me, but if this is not mafia legalized robbery don't know what is! At $150 an hour and up going to the bank. Please,please: really 👎👎👎👺😡

Since the merger with first Tennessee, this bank has gone from bad to worse. Non existent customer service. New hours are not convenient. New fees punish small business owners like myself. This institution is more concerned with their own financial situation than that of the community. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible bank have come to this bank 3 times and the atm has been down or malfunctioned in some way. Switching banks.
