I just want to take a moment to praise your employee ALEX! She absolutely brightens my day every time I come thru the drive thru! Always has a smile and a cheerful attitude and us very good at her job. Alex deserves a raise or promotion!!!!

I've always had fast and professional service from this branch. I recently was obtaining foreign currency for a trip and after a frustrating day waiting for the FedEx delivery which never came before close, I asked that this situation be resolved fairly, although I had requested the exchange less than their guaranteed turnaround commitment. The following morning, the manager called me up and informed me that FedEx had delivered the cash to a totally different bank (scary service from FedEx) and that she would not only credit my account for the exact amount of cash (no FX impacts), they also waived the transaction fees. This exceeded expectations on resolution and prompt follow up. Thank you.

Always on spot with all our needs

First Horizon still has a mask mandate even though the county recently dropped it. Private company so I get it. But when the teller tells me they are not vaccinated AND may not get vaccinated and it is for their safety that I wear a mask. They are wrong. They are putting people/customers at risk. I explained that they have been eligible for the vaccine for a month but require a vaccinated person to wear a mask to protect them?. The argument was flawed and they were more interested in ganging up and winning the flawed argument then just letting it go as company policy. 10 years ago it was about customer service. It is now about entitled employees being generous enough to wait on a customer.

Has to be the worst branch to ever have gone to! Places like this needs to be shut down! I went in I wasn’t greeted which I’m fine with I sat down to wait my turn then after my turn came around the lady called me over instead of coming to meet me. She asked me if she could help I explained to her what was going on and and there was a guy who walked into the bank and she had her eyes on him she said she was being observant. I had to ask her to see if she could focus on my account for at least a moment there was a security guard in the branch that could handle the guy but no she kept her eyes on him even though the guard was there the guy didn’t seem like a threat but the banker lady still wouldn’t focus. Then the guy left the bank she looked at my account and told me that they wasn’t able to help me on Saturday she wasn’t able to do anything but accept cash and do transactions she told me that I should come back in on Monday or the best solution would be to drive back to the town where I opened my account cause they would be the one to help me better! My account was opened in my home town 3 hours from here! I’m here for school I can’t run home cause I have a transaction problem! This is a full service branch I told her she said sorry she didn’t know how to help me but suggested I drive 40 miles to Cleveland on Monday to get the proper assistance I needed
