I bought this new Frontier Pro 4X. I can't be more happy w/ how I was treated. My sales rep. Will was AWESOME ! I felt at ease during my visit & the process was smooth. Everyone I delt w/ was well tuned.

It was great. I received a notice from Nissan Connect Services regarding a break light. I called Mtn View and got an appt that day. Quick check-in and thorough inspection of the issue. No problem. I was also able to get my routine service completed while I was there. Everyone was very helpful. Thanks for a great service department.

One of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle!! I dealt with Stephen and he was up front and honest with me from the beginning!! He did everything that I asked him and was very professional! I actually Drove from South Carolina just to purchase from them! Stephen kept in contact with me the entire time! When I arrived something had come up and Stephen couldn’t be there but notified me before I even got there! Derek took over and everything went very smooth just like Stephen had promised!! Gina the Car Genie - such an appropriate name! My husband started the process alone, test driving two cars. We visited looking to buy a new Nissan Kicks, they valued our trade in and ran my credit before I even looked at a new car. Then they decided I needed to buy a used Honda instead. Will not go back to this place. That’s not how you do business. If I wanted a Honda I would have gone to a Honda dealership.

Have been using different Nissan dealer. Mtn View had a lower price to program my new keys ($15 lower) and could program all 4 (new keys and old keys). Other dealer said old keys would be paperweights and could not be programed. Did routine maintenance and programed keys all at once. Great Job Mtn View!

I was new to Mtn View, everyone was helpful. I bought my Altima second-hand, so I was new to the dealership. Service dept was wonderful. Amanda Goad was very helpful and kept me informed.

I received this hand written letter with a business card from sales manager Joe Smith. I have never spoken to this man in my life. I have never been to this dealership in my life. They did not have my address nor have I advertised my car as being for sale. This marketing tactic was beyond inappropriate and very unsettling to come home to. I will never, ever go to this dealership as this has made me feel unsafe to be in my own apartment or drive my car around town.

Came in to get a service on my Titan, just walking around looking on the lot, Gina came up and said hello and from there I am leaving with a new vehicle! Recall for the hood latch. In and out, in a decent amount of time. I didnt care for the txt message that showed the results of the complimentary inspection. In my last visit, prior to this visit it was printed out and explained by the service rep. For me, it took away the personal interaction between the service department rep and the customer.

We were 70 miles into relocating to texas with our camper when my 2004 Titan started acting up. Literally coasted into their parking lot. Service team was able to get truck diagnosed and fix and back on the road under 3 hrs. Would recommend this service department to any nissan owner.

Bruce was awesome. This is my 3rd Nissan purchase with him. He worked with me to get exactly what I asked for - a lower monthly payment and better gas mileage.

Had our pathfinder serviced while looking for a Rouge. They did not have any new models in stock and only a couple of used models. Waiting to be contacted by the salesman when an order comes in to discuss a purchase and trade in.

This review speaks only to the service department, NOT the sales team. The service dept was extremely friendly and helpful, and truly a pleasure to work with. They got my car fixed without issue, and gave me a rental while it was in the shop. Every interaction with them was awesome!

I came in for an oil change. Tech showed me coupons which allowed me to up grade my service visit I was informed often as to the progress of My maintenance visit. It was very timely and an over good experience

Mtn View Nissan will be the the only place I ever buy a car again. Bruce Durham, Andy Wise in sales and Joel Fort in Finance were the best. They made sure I got the car I wanted at the price and payment I wanted. I even took my new car by the car dealer that did not want to work with me the night before just to show them the sale that they lost. Okay we had a gorgeous Dodge Journey, like a airline cockpit inside. But!!! Dodge is well known for electrical issues and this car had them all. The dealership wouldn't address it so we traded it in at My view Nissan and at a great price. Our Rogue is great in handling, gas and a great analog/hi tech dash. I like more analog that hi tech. That's me n wife. Nephew is a Master electrician and still has his late 80's blazer. Yes an electrician but he is devout analogy. Less fixing. Now I was recommended to Will Arlington, he was on time, friendly and we spoke the same language, cars, performance life, dogs, wives and family. A regular upstanding man. A rare find in a person these days. He's been with Mtn View ( if I'm correct 65 here) over 23 years. Will personally detailed my car inside and out himself. To me he gave up 3 sales for doing this and it means everything. Car salesmen don't make what they use to dollar wise so again this was huge for us. Best Regards to all, Joe Formisano

Terrible experience. Never have I had a sales manager attempt to intimidate me into a purchase. My experience at this dealership was worse than going to the dentist. If you want value, do not waste your time here.

Everyone was very friendly. Will was awesome. He stayed on top of things and got the job done. (We were there less time than I have ever spent buying a car) I kept wanting to look at different models and going back and forth. Mountain View Nissan was the best car dealership, I have ever been to. John was the best, very nice and funny. He was patient, kind and incredible and was about to get me in a brand new 2021. I also got a chance to meet Michael which he a real funny guy. Great person overall. We had been referred to Rob and were so excited to go to our appointment! When we got there Rob met us, introduced himself and sadly had to pass us off to his desk mate Jake since he was still working with someone. That didn't stop Rob from still being involved, he stopped by checked in, and sent a text the next day congratulating us even though he didn't close the deal. Jake was awesome, we told him what we wanted, where we were comfortable at and he worked to get it for us. We have never spent so little time in a dealership. When I came in, things were good. But at the end, I felt rushed. I didn't even receive my checklist, like the one that tells about your car what it need, recommends, or nothing. I didn't realize it until Monday that it wasn't with the other paper work. He came in the door and said the paperwork at the desk. Very disappointed

My 5,000 mile check up. Everyone was friendly. This was true for my first car. My second time I came to check out the newest deals on 2021 vehicles. I'll just say I didn't have a good experience.

Edit: apparently his name was Adam. When your transmission dies at 48000 miles you basically want to die. But Brad in the service department was wonderful. The first time I called he spoke to me personally, directed me to Nissan corporate to get my tow covered, got the car diagnosed and the warranty coverage approved quickly, and even secured me a loaner vehicle with warranty coverage while my car was being worked on. He was communicative with out being overly informative. He called me immediately with updates but didnt give me any unnecessary phone calls. I wont buy another Nissan again because cars that die with 48k miles are not something Im interested in. But Brad was a huge compensating factor. If you have to have a newer car die, Brad made the process as bearable as it could be.

From beginning to end Will and the team took great care of me! The process was so extremely easy and I never once felt as though I wasn't getting the best deal they could give me. I highly recommend this location and most importantly asking for Will as your salesman, he was so knowledgable about the car and picked out a car in my price range that was exactly what I wanted!

Been wanting/ needing a new truck for two years. Rob Stimpson hooked me up on a good deal for my dream truck and he couldn’t have done any better. I got more truck than what I had originally thought I wanted but I’m glad I did get it. Everything was smooth, even on the trade in! Rob was able to get every answer I needed to be informed, and is a solid guy in general. Extremely helpful and fast to respond to questions over phone or text.

It is hard to truly evaluate all that is asked in this survey because I have no way of knowing if what I needed done was done. I can only assume so, this did not happen at one in Cleveland. However I can say that everyone is attentive, kind and service is done relatively quickly. One side note on this visit is that the water in the car wash smelled mildewy

**** Edit I was delivered a filthy car. I'm talking food, stains, personal belongings, masks, personal paperwork and general crud. I was promised a clean car as they had me test drive the Pathfinder before it was clean. I made my expectations very clear and was highly disappointed. Then I was promised an additional detail service and my husband was turned away when he arrived 5min late. I spent my own money time and elbow grease cleaning my new 16k car so my family could use it. Now I'm being harrassed for address verification. Despite being clear about having just relocated to Chattanooga and being told that I don't have to worry just do my best to accomplish xyz for proof. I have multiple forms of mail and address verification they will not accept. I have updated My bank but have to wait for a statement cycles for an actual statement with my new address. My bank is over and hour and a half away and the sales girl thinks I can just drop everything take a day off work and drive down to GA to maybe get what they need. I have been given the threat of they can take the Pathfinder back..... despite my clear communication and doing my best with a situation that wasn't disclosed as an issue till we had already paid the down payment. I'll tell you what those girls are slick as butter and clearly good at being " car salesmen" I would not recommend Mountain View Nissan for a hassle free buying experience I received an email from Gina about a trade in request I had done. The email looked personal not like the normal dealer's email spam stuff. I gave her a call and before dinner time her and her co worker Kaylee had found us a perfect car. Ive had pretty unpleasant car buying experiences in the past this was completely different. It was like buying a car from my girlfriend's. We laughed we joked, they cut my current interest rate in half and got my payment much lower than my old car too! I would highly recommend calling Gina or Kaylee if you are looking to buy a car!

They offered about half of the trade in value of my car, tried to pressure me into an 84 month loan that inherently has a much higher interest rate, and when I asked what interest rate they were using to calculate payments, they said"interest rates don't matter." Another salesman told me they calculated based on an aggregate of prior customers' credit scores and never actually discussed any numbers based on my actual score or the preapproval offer from my finance company based on the vin number of the car I went to buy. However, after I walked out without buying a car from them,they managed to run my credit through 4 financing companies. 4 credit checks in one day (they never brought me any deal from any of those companies) dropped my credit score 82 points. Go anywhere else. This place is super shady.

Horrible experience yesterday. Daughter went in to buy a new car and although it was advertised at 35, the price magically jumped to 39.9 once there. Then after learning of pre-approval from another source the salesman demanded that Nissan credit be used or the price would go up even further- finally admitting that they get a bonus IF they force the buyer to use Nissan credit. After pushing a bit he told her he would “allow” her to use her credit union financing but the price would still go up. The whole process seemed like nothing more than a scam. Phoned the dalton location and was assured the advertised price would be honored and there was no problem with accepting the credit union financing- with no unexplainable increases- polar opposite of the Chattanooga story. If I’d had the personal numbers for the Watson family , I would’ve phoned them on the spot to complain. Needless to say, no sale -and probably will never be a customer again.

Charlie and the tech were asked to find an on going issue in the front end that had been worked on by Nissan multiple times. Charlie listened and took it seriously. Between he and the tech they were able to pinpoint and fix this issue that I had brought to Nissan more than 5 xs over more than 2 years.

Advertised Price was 40, 650 (2000 above msrp). After I test drove and showed interest, ( I was OK to work within reason on the price from that price point; I understand the present supply chain issues and was willing to pay over msrp) the base price went to 44,400 BEFORE tax, and doc fees. I had the cash on me to buy that day for an above MSRP price, but not 6000 above MSRP before fees.. Bait and switch wasted 2 hours of my life; won't happen again. I would suggest you go elsewhere.

Transmission fluid service was done correctly and time was quick. Also had a diagnostic done because of my airbag light staying on. Ending up being a plug underneath the driver seat and for a loose plug I was charged $100 which I feel like wasn't necessary for what the issue was.

I spent days talking and going over everything to get a good deal and everything set up for an easy sale. The information on web had the truck priced lower than salesman made it. Website said they go $7k over Kelly blue book value and lied and gave me $2k less than book value. The salesman would not show me anything about what was offered. I told him what the internet price was and he even raised the price $2k over listed price. I kept saying not what I was told for days over the phone and he would keep saying that was wrong. He just wanted to sell the truck at a higher price for more money. Honestly made me so mad I just bought it to shut him up because I loved the truck. I could of went down the road and got the same truck for $5k less with a lower payment. Also he didn’t show me anything about the truck and every time I looked at all the features and tried spending time with the truck kept pulling me inside to close the deal. Honestly I thought about returning the truck just to get a better deal I was offered and go somewhere the salesman cares about the people not the money he can make off the people. I buy a lot of cars and trucks and although the dealership is nice I honestly won’t buy anything else there due to my experience. If wasn’t for the closing guy I felt with I would’ve walked away. I really hate saying anything bad about anything but hope this helps someone else in the future as customers are important and what should come first.

It was SO easy! I made an appointment online. My oil change was completed quickly. Everyone I interacted with while I was there was kind.

Needed factory recall work on brake switch sensor, about the same time that an oil change and brake job were needed. The communication from the service reps was great. Was able to get the car in for service quickly. While there are other alternatives, when it comes to safety issues like brake dependability, I'll choose the Mountainview dealership service.

This is just my honest, personal experience with this dealership. HORRIBLE!!! First they waste my time twice!! 1st they tell me to come down for a test drive. They didn't even have ONE sentra to test drive. Incompetent!! Than when they did get one and I drove it it was just a horrible typical car dealership experience. They talk you into running your credit to get you a price. I preferred that not happen and now I have a hit on my credit report. Than he comes back from the finance office with a piece of paper. Written on it, 1500 down , 36 months AND 529 a month to LEASE a sentra, not a freaking Mercedes!!! Completely insulting!!!!!! When I laughed it got knocked down 200 bucks. SHADY practices!! Stay away! And please don't insult me with your generic, call us to fix this BS response. It's clear in what I wrote.

Dealership treated me well. Service is a little disappointing. I would advise against the lifetime warranty. I honestly believe it would be advantageous to get a neighborhood mechanic to do the routine maintenance due to the excessive cost of their shop. We bought a Versa and had a transmission failure that was not covered by the warranty. I realize there have been numourous problems with the Factory CVT'S... But Mtn View was unable to cover any of the repair cost. Ouch.

This dealership has totally let me down due to a lack of support when I really needed someone to look at the total scope of my situation. Nissan Consumer Affairs would not look into the situation either, telling me directly that my future potential as a consumer was not worth their intervention.

The dealership was involved in a wreck in our vehicle during a routine oil change and have refused to help in any beneficial way. They didn't indicate they would be on the road at all! The only thing they have done is given us numbers to body shops and car rental places for us to rent under our name and cost, but they were the ones driving it when it was wrecked!! BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!

Received a mailer stating they were paying up to $7,000 over book value. We filled out an appraisal online Wednesday as we had a change in work status since we had purchased one of our cars (work from home almost exclusively). Representative from dealer reached out, we informed them we did not want to trade and asked if the offer would be valid for a pure sell of the vehicle. We were told the offer had no restrictions limiting it to trade in and they would love to setup time to come in. They really needed quality inventory, etc. Friday a DIFFERENT representative called. We again reiterated we did not want to trade and would be looking to sell. The representative said the offer online is always low and assured us we would get even more in person. They then informed us we should get around $32,000 for the vehicle. I arranged coverage for a meeting with my work and we agree to come in at 5PM to meet John. When we arrive John was in the middle of a sale. The young man they put us with was friendly and evaluated the car. The car was in the condition we represented online, and over the phone, and they offered us $25,000. Visibly upset, the manager comes over for the next communication and increases the offer to $27,000. The story unfortunately was just another predatory practice from a car dealer. The manager informs us the representative misspoke and they would be reprimanded. They were quick to point out the appraisal says TRADE IN on pure (which it does), but TWO DIFFERENT representatives confirmed and the 2nd actually "increased" the offer on a sale to get us on the premises. Fortunately for us, we were not in a situation where we NEEDED to get rid of the car, it was simply a move that made financial sense at the time as it is rare when a vehicle has little to no depreciation in 2 years time and we were looking to simply make a smart financial decision. They did offer to pay for our gas, but that was declined. Just a total waste of 2 hours on a Friday for another large dealer to be completely and totally disingenuous. If you are in the market for a car, please do ample research. Get the offer via email and not verbally. Remember Nashville and Atlanta are just a short drive away. I will definitely never do business with Mtn View Nissan in any capacity.

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Was made aware of other issues I chose not to address at this time. One positive about Mtn View is they make me aware of these issues but don’t try to sell me services.

Scummy practices. As others have mentioned, the sales reps refuse to let you test drive or even hear ANY prices without filling out a credit application first, putting a hard hit on your credit report for other dealerships to see. They do this just to discourage you from shopping anywhere else. There were some very nice people there, but it's unfortunate that their policies are so anti-buyer.
