I lost my debit card. They replaced it in 10 minutes. No waiting for it to be mailed. Fast friendly service at the Seminole and Pinellas Park branches. Highly recommended as a bank for everyone. Their Trendsetter checking account is amazing..

My family has been banking here for thirty years. The Seminole location is always an inconvenience. No matter what the transaction is they find a way to make it a terrible experience. I never have trouble at the other branches and the customer service is much better. I feel like this is a direct reflection on the branch manager and should be brought to corporates attention.

Feels like a small hometown bank with great service.

Just opened an account here and got a safety deposit box. Few things. #1 the atm never works. Secondly you can't even access safety deposit boxes on Saturday's. I wouldn't of got a box if i didn't think I could access it during regular business hours. Edit: However all the employees are super super nice. so increased the score.. they do the best with what the bank gives them.

The Seminole location always provides my family and I excellent service. They go above and beyond to help whenever they can. It’s such a family environment and they treat our family as such. First Home Bank is the best local bank around.

Even though all of the banking is done at the drive thru now because of Covid 19 this group of professionals take care of their customers' every need. In some cases there is a need to enter the branch for a service and the appointment is made fast and convenient. Customer service is great!🐱

I love banking at First Home! The staff gets to know you and you always have someone to help you with any banking issues you may have. Unlike larger national banks that are impersonal, they always go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I would never bank anywhere else.

Fix the ATM. Never works. NEVER!!! (Bank on Seminole Blvd, Largo) I can't make cash deposits or withdraws EVER!!!! On Christmas day money was stolen out of my account. Went in to get a replacement card since my other one had to be canceled due to the theft. The machine that makes the cards.... not working. Can't get a replacement. Started a dispute over the money stolen from my account. No reassurance that I'll get the money back. No, I'm sorry this happened to you we will do our best to get it back. Nothing. Called this morning and they don't know anything. Have to wait for a call back from the person who is supposed to know something. Like I was supposed to get a call yesterday. No call. I'm even on vacation this week. And I can't get access to my own account. Switching back to Suntrust. At least there they know things.

They know you by name which really means a lot! Also love their cookies and love that they have special things for their members!
