I had a team of highly efficient individuals working with me and I was able to close by my deadline. Ron was always available to answer my calls and explain each step of the process to me. Excellent service and very personalized product! The initial communication was great, we were able to complete all necessary paperwork in a record time and our reps were in constant contact with us (even on the weekend) to assist and help with any and all questions we had. Aaron was AMAZING to work with from the beginning of our home buying/building process to the end. He didnt make us feel like we were not a priority because our home was under construction versus the typical within 30day closing. He was very detailed and thorough and never hesitated to answer any questions (and we had lots of questions) we had or explain things in greater detail. He took the time to make sure we really understood what was happening in this current market and how to make it work best in our favor.
