A GRATEFUL CUSTOMER!!!! Wow just wow!!!! My original lender failed to include an essential piece to my loan to tell me that they would not be able to close in 15 days in spite of their access to Rocket Mortgage, which guarantees 14 days. I had a significant - at least to me - amount of earnest deposit on the line. My realtor suggested we pivot strategies and work with Vivian Daniel. I remember calling her on a Saturday afternoon completely fed-up, distraught, and disappointed at the situation the original lender created. In a matter of minutes, Vivian assured me that she could make it happen and that I needed to be as responsive to her as possible. Vivian and her team are total rock stars!!! They were organized, worked well together and with me, and kept me very informed every step of the way. I have already told all my family and friends about Vivian. The process was clear, the expectations were well stated and above all, Vivian and her team had the best attitude, no fuss, no mess, no excuses. How refreshing and what a turnaround from what appeared to be a lost cause! I cannot recommend her enough. You WILL BE in great hands! I have been so impressed by their work ethics, I could write up a book!

The whole experience was very clean. Purchasing a house is no easy feat and the information and documentation needs can be fairly daunting but Vivian and her team made thins very systematic and structured so i knew what was needed of me and how I could stay ahead of any requirements. I would recommend them for sure and if this was not my final home purchase I would absolutely use them again.

First Heritage Mortgage has handled and assisted me with 2 new home loans and 1 refi loan since 2009 and always do a great job.
