These are scammers not compassionate at all very rude talk to you any kind of way placed judgement on me because I wasn’t answering there calls my phone wasn’t on any longer due to financial struggles and husband had major injury occur had started making payments again with money I still didn’t even have my rent was due and basically it’s a we don’t care give us our money . No one at that job or ceo is gonna put a roof over me and my families head if we get evicted I would never recommend this company to anyone if you are in a bind please see if family or friends will help you you will be out a whole lot of money getting a loan they will try to take all that you have

Had a previous loan with them which was always in good standing and had one final payment left and they called to see if I wanted to renew and I decided to go ahead. Spoke with a guy on the phone who got all of my information and said I was approved that I just needed to bring in my proof of income so I go the next day to bring proof of income and another girl says I need collateral and fill out more forms so I politely say that's ok I'll pass and she says please wait just a minute and then the guy I spoke with on the phone comes in and says these forms aren't optional and if I don't want to fill them out that tells me im not going to pay my loan anyway. I mean wth. I just had a loan that I made my payment every month. They definitely do not care about their customers

Seems like the more you pay back, the more you owe. Will never borrow from them again

Never get a loan from these people there are not Professional people at all they don’t know how to call you rather not you approve

Filed judgement on me twice first bal. owe 746.85 had death in family and missed one Nov. Payment and another judgment was issued even though payment had been md in Dec. And also coming up to payment date in Jan. is ss# payment date which left my bal. on my acct 320.40 judgment issued..Phone calls all time of day and night wkn and holidays." I'm Making Payments." If I can only pay off bal. today I will NEVER. Things could have been handle better.
