First Hawaiian Bank Pearl City Branch Kamehameha Hwy, Pearl City

The wait time is unacceptable, there are only two tellers, and one is for the business transactions only. They don't even bother to bring in another teller, even though the line is getting long. This is totally unacceptable. I dislike coming to this branch because they never seem to care about the customer wait...

one of the worst beaches in pearl city besides the one next to Pearl Ridge mall. They never update their systems and are too lazy to actually stay open until 4 pm. I wouldn't recommended getting an account here

One of the teller was rude and she has an attitude. I understand they’re implementing social distancing but telling me to stay back twice when im far away from her thats kind of rude and I felt out of place while everyone was standing in front of their teller closer to the desk having conversations im the only one standing away . Its kind of irritating, to be treated that way and embarrassing to the other people like I have the virus or something. im just wearing mask to protect myself Like everyone else wearing mask inside of the bank . My point is I don’t understand why I was treated that way? Like are you serious? At The end She didnt even make an eye contact with me. This is my first ever bad experience from any bank and its disappointing that its coming from first hawaiian.

Why are you closed on Saturdays? This is a big inconvenience for me and my family. I am thinking about changing banks now.
