    Our branch of First Freedom Bank, (Algood), is our favorite. We do occasionally use the Willow branch. They are helpful, but the Algood branch feels like home. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gaile Paul has been our "personal banker" for many years. She is always kind and just a phone call away if/when we need something from the Algood branch. It is just a blessing to have a personal connection with someone at the bank. To know that any issue can be handled efficiently and stress free gives us such peace of mind.

    The most friendly customers service you can ask for, they are always willing to help you with any questions you have. I have always liked Algood Branch better. I would recommend it to any of my friends or family.

    The Algood branch is my favorite branch of the FFB! They are always welcoming and show kindness when assisting me with my banking needs. They are always quick to explain whatever I don't understand and strive to answer questions I may have. I definitely recommend this bank to whoever may be looking!!
