Been a customer since the Jackson County Bank days. I’ve been a satisfied customer since day one. Since First Freedom acquired the bank in 2016 I have been thoroughly satisfied. Donna Elrod has always went above and beyond whenever I need a loan. Her staff has always catered to all my needs and made me feel like I was important.

I have been a customer since it was Jackson County Bank and had my first savings account as a kid. I am even more satisfied now that First Freedom has taken over. The service here is awesome. Donna, Teola, and Ashley all go above and beyond to assist me and my family with all of our banking needs. They have customer friendly hours and are always helpful whether visiting the lobby or the drive thru. I would highly recommend them. They are the epitome of hometown banking.
