Regions Bank W Broad St, Cookeville

I have banked with Regions for at least twenty years. In all that time, I have NEVER had a problem, and I'm not a big money client. If I had millions deposited there, I can't imagine any way they could have treated me better than they have done so far. As far as wait times in the drive through go, Regions has no control over a large number of people showing up at the same time, so it's completely out of their hands. Sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes you have to wait a little while. That applies to anywhere else that there's a drive through. I love Regions Bank.

I've never had an issue 😂. I see people complaining about opening a student account.... you can easily do it online and it will take less time and you dont even have to come in. Its literally a bank, walk in, talk to a teller, and get out. I've made a few cash deposits to my account and it was quick and easy (just like my other bank). The building is also cool looking...so thats a plus.

Went in to open a student account for Devin. Was never greeted, no where to sign in, waited with no acknowledgement, and one employee was vocalizing how glad they were they could go to lunch. Now I don’t mind a wait, but someone please acknowledge you even want my business and give me an idea of a wait time... oh and to the smug employee that said “have a nice day” while I walked out... get a clue. It was very obvious you were being sarcastic. Very disappointing Regions!

What a garbage bank. And speaking of this particular bank, not the regions organization as a whole. These people that work here are liars, rude, and very uneducated. If you work here you should be ashamed and embarassed. I'm not even going to get into what happened because it's a waste of my time. Do not bank here! Garbage!

Took an hour to get a check deposited at the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me. Was the same last weekend

Do not bank here. I can't speak for Regions as a whole, but my cat could run a bank better than this location. I've used this bank for over 4 years and constantly had issues with them. Recently, it all came to a head and I closed my account. I deposited a check for $800. Because I had overdrawn 80$ in the past couple weeks, they decided to hold this deposit for EIGHT DAYS without informing me. So I wrote checks for bills during that time, and they each bounced for a 36$ fee. Not only was my deposit held for 8 freaking days without my knowledge, but I was charged overage fees on top of it. Absolute incompetence at this branch. Take your business elsewhere.

If you want to keep your money don't bank here. They tell you one thing one day and it flip flops the next time. Can't say how much money I have lost at this bank due to their policies, 3 years banking with them and all 3 years were horrible. Save your money and bank somewhere else.

Amanda, with long black hair, was very helpful and lovely! I don't bank with Regions in regards to having an account so i wont comment on that but she deserves praise as she was very pleasant.

I dealt with Jermaine Jackson regarding a loan, He was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend doing business with him.

This bank is the worst bank been with them 15 years and they closed my account
