First Foundation Bank Crosspointe Dr, Naples

I banked with Florida integrity before they were bought out by a CA based bank called First Foundation. Erica G, a teller/rep was an amazing, customer focused person. Not sure where they moved her and replaced with the VP Branch Manager, Holly B. But wow. Zero customer service with First Foundation specifically Holly. I am closing my account as soon as possible. I’m sick too death of big banks treating customers like a nuisance for showing up in person. She was extremely rude and flippant. I wish FL integrity bank still existed. First Foundation can take a flying leap.

Worst bank I have ever done business with. It was great when first florida integrity owned it. Now nobody answers the phone or calls you back and you will get a company in California.

The customer service at this location is a JOKE. I moved my funds out to another bank. Good luck.

I requested a call back twice, Holly Burghardt local manager never called back.

What an awesome experience becoming a customer here! Holly was such a pleasure to deal with, setting up accounts for my teenage son and I. He collects coins and has been with me to some other, large banks. He obviously saw the difference and I told him that's what community banking is. Lots of convenience features for customers--especially the zero-fee ATM card worldwide. Very service-oriented bank.

This bank has horrible customer relation skills. We came in to open an account, were completely ignored while waiting. Once we met with an account rep this person also had attitude towards us because we were not from 'Naples' as if behing from Lehigh Acres was not good enough to bank here. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! Acted like we were bothering them because we wanted to open a new account. Don't have to tell me twice, happy to find another bank to handle our cash.

Great customer service. Rep Erika Guerra was great and a big help in answering all questions and concerns. I do recommend this location.

The staff here are the kindest, most thoughtful people! I have 2 kids under 3 years old and they go above and beyond to help me every time I come in. They love my wee ones like they are their own and are so efficient!
