First Financial Credit Union - San Mateo San Mateo Blvd, Albuquerque

Oh my goodness, I Love this bank!! From the minute I walked in,Jasmine greeted me and helped me immediately!! She went out of her way to fix my issues! I then moved to the teller line where Cheyenne was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful!! What a FANTASTIC STAFF!

Employees are great. The only issue is that the San Mateo branch does not do shared branching anymore. This is one of the reasons that I joined First Financial

I had to deposit money into my children's Kirby accounts so I utilized the counter in the lobby. Upon entering the establishment, the person sitting at the entrance on the 29th of October, did not greet me but she greeted everyone else after me. She also failed to say anything as I exited the establishment as she did everyone else leaving. Which brings up the next point that maybe she does not like certain races! Regardless, I am disappointed for the lack of customer service and performance the receptionist at the door conveyed to selective individuals enterting/leaving th establishment. You have been warned!

My experience with First Financial credit union is second to none. They have a friendly staff and great management. The facility looks great, every time I'm at the drive up they get me in and out fast so I don't have to wait. I have my house payment, car loans and credit cards through this credit union. Their online banking is easy and not complicated I see myself being a career member. Keep it up First Financial!!

Felt welcomed the second I walked into the door! Manager greeted and introduced themselves which was very appreciate- great customer service and best interest rates found in the state 😁

We recently had to sign on 2 more people to a family account. Deisy, Vincent and Kristin were helpful and professional during the process of getting all the required signatures, and helping us cross our t's and dot our i's. Thank you.

This place is always closing without notice for covid reasons. Even when restrictions are not strict and other First Financial locations are open. Employees have told me they were understaffed. I had to wait 30 minuets in the drive through in January 2021. I had to make an appointment to access my safety deposit box and the teller told me in a rude manner "I better make sure I get what I need" .

This review is for this credit union in general not just this branch. This place has policies that make no sense for the consumer and are so sketchy it would make Wells Fargo proud. Not to mention that everyone I talk to has a different take on the same policy, you need this oh not that but this oh wait who told you that you actually need this. It’s comical. The upper management won’t talk to the little guy they are much too important there
