    A special shout out to the awesome staff who stayed over on Wednesday after i lost my bank atm card and got me a new one. You guys rock and almost made it fun making it a pleasant experience. Tracy was so patient and the lady helping her and the manager, thank you all! 😊

    I’ve been banking with First Financial for years. They’re very nice and the banks are always clean. However, the reason why I gave a 3 star review is that the teller asked me why I only have one type of an account at their bank and what the money is for. That made me feel very uncomfortable and the question was inappropriate to ask. It’s none of their business what the money is for and it’s none of their business why I only have one account with them. That’s my hard earned money that I’m putting into a bank account with them. They need to train their staff better on what to ask and what not to ask clients that walk in.

    Terrible. Constantly flagging my account and freezing my account for “suspicious activity”, has happened 10 times now where I have to go through the hassle of calling the bank back and unfreezing my account, cause it just suddenly stopped working for purchases, what a pain, do not bank with these scammers!!
