I worked with Irene Greene for our first home loan, and highly recommend her. Irene is kind, patient, and a teacher. She ensured that I understood the details of the loans and guided us to closing on time. Irene even came to the closing day to help with any questions and provide support as well. I hear that it’s quite rare for lenders to still do that. All in all, Irene’s customer service is unmatched. She got us competitive rates with low fees. You really get the full package with her!

Homebuilding by its self is such a stressful time, and adding financing with it really increase that stress, but Jennifer LeBlanc knowledge and experience really calmed the anxiety. We went in for a simple service and waited over 30 minutes for who was apparently the only one of the dozen people there who could do this particular service—replacing a card. What made it more frustrating is there were a minimum of 10 employees there doing nothing. No one cared that we were waiting. This is not the first time service here was terrible. I’ve been a long time customer but could not recommend this branch.
