First Financial Bank Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati

They screw you over on over draft fees. You can be -$0.01 and if you don’t fix it that same day boom charged with $35 over draft fee. This is freaking ridiculous, literally just screwing over people and stealing money. 😡 we will be moving to a different bank!!

I am very grateful for the personal attention and care that I have received from this bank, especially from Tammy. Tammy has worked hard to address all of my questions, and she has welcomed my special-needs son in with tremendous patience and kindness. She even gave my son some little gifts from the bank for him to play with. What professional and personal service!

My wife and I were out Christmas shopping. While shopping we were also looking to open a new account at the First financial bank on Beechmont Ave in Anderson Ohio. We pulled into the branch and parked. My wife noticed a cafe right next door and said we should go eat first since this may take a while. We exited our vehicle to walk to the cafe when an employee came bursting out of the front door. The woman in a very loud, boisterous manner stated "you cant park there"! She never asked if we were customers or potential customers she just made an assumption and this statement. There were only 2 other cars in the entire lot at this time. I advised the woman that my wife and I were going to have lunch and looking to open an account. The employee said "Bullsh*t I dont believe you"! I was taken back and shocked at the unprofessional behavior of this woman who had no clue who we were. We stated once again that we were just going to get a quick bite first and the female repeated her earlier statement. I advised her that I am not trying to park illegally but was just wanting to eat first before opening a savings/checking account. I advised the woman that my wife and I were looking for a local bank to do business thru, since we conduct business with a big bank currently. She said to get off her property immediately. Once again I was shocked at this behaviour. There were no signs stating we couldn't leave the vehicle for 25 minutes before we came back in to do business. The area was overwhelmed with traffic and shoppers, so we thought it wouldn't hurt to eat prior to opening accounts. I asked to speak with the womans manager. She said she is not here and shes at a meeting. My wife and I left the bank, went next door to eat where I attempted to reach the Branch manager about this encounter. This employee had no business leaving her teller position to come outside and yell at perfect strangers. She was out of line, unprofessional, vulgar and rude. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect, than I did at this bank. If you are looking for a bank I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

The staff is extremely friendly and I love that the drive thru is open until 7 PM!

We went through MainSource for our first mortgage, which occurred this year. The people we spoke to were all very kind and polite, but nonetheless it was, without question, the worst customer service nightmare I've ever encountered. There was consistent miscommunication, items forgotten, people not available to us when needed, and paperwork done incorrectly and caught by us. A thoroughly honest review would read like an attack on the business, so I am choosing not to write one, but suffice it to say that my wife and I were quite disappointed.

Went to Anderson First Financial Bank on 3/17/2020. They were welcoming and helpful. Had a number of tasks to complete and they did a great job! Always friendly and welcoming. Thanks folks! Especially Tamara.

Absolute worst financial institution in the area. They lack basic features of a modern bank and are out to rip you off. Stay away.
