After reading a few of the bad reviews I was hesitant to use First Fidelity to help me get my defaulted student loans back on track. However after speaking to Daniel in underwriting he assured me that they have thousands of clients they help weekly and I decided to trust him in helping me get out of default. He was super knowledgeable and not only did he bring me out of default, but he was able to reduce my student loan payments from $775 down to $58. Now I know i will have a great Christmas! I had reached out to my loan servicer to make a new payment with my multiple loans I had accrued getting my masters and they denied me multiple times for any lower income payments. I was crying when I got off the phone! Alexa was very informative and friendly and when I spoke with John the underwriter, he made the process so easy. It seems like most people writing the negative reviews were already not staying on top of their loans, even when I tried my servicer couldnt help... and I dont know everyones situation but they helped me and i am so grateful.
