First Federal Bank of Kansas City S Noland Rd, Independence

I have never overdrawn I’ve only kept good accounts at this place for three years. Regardless I feel they treat me like a little child telling me my options. My latest interaction with them is that I wanted to pay off a loan at a Credit union that I had my car with they tried to talk me out of it in there it would freeze my debit card for 24 hours I told them I would survive. Now it’s been 72 hours my debit card is still frozen.

Horrible bank, tellers are late processing your deposits in order to charge fees. NSF fees are $10 higher than credit unions and the bank preys upon ledger mistakes and the weak. Closed account and will be reporting them to MO Attorney General for fraud. Hopefully I will find enough people to start a class action against them put some money back into the pockets of those that have been ripped off by this institution.

Terrible communication, my accounts was locked due to high activity spending no one called to inquire on the issue. My card just started declined in the middle of shopping for my son birthday!

Liked it so much after I got married we opened our joint checking account here!

I have my business account, personal checking and saving, and my daughter's account with them. I've been through numerous banks in the past 10 years and none of them hold a candle to first federal on noland road. I feel as if I'm going in to visit family every time I step foot in the door!! They are so accommodating and helpful I couldn't ask for better people to handle all my banking needs! Thank you ladies!!!!

Seriously the worst bank you could bank at.

I just moved to the area and made the mistake of choosing this bank. Slowest drive thru on the planet and the employees are rude to boot. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I've given them enough chances.
