The new kiosk only banking with a virtual person behind it is terrible, scary and make me feel SUPER uncomfortable. 1: Your back is TO the door when you are standing at a kiosk... turn them around!!! Anyone behind me and/or walking in can see my account balance, watch me type in my social, etc. 2: When the virtual lady speaks to back to you on the kiosk there is no option for an ear phone or even to turn it down, the speaker is on for everyone in the whole bank to hear! And she asked me to repeat back (because I was trying to talk quietly because everyone could hear me too) and repeated my large cash amount I asked for...and then if I wanted it all in 100s' everyone looked my way. Talk about awkward and nice way to get jumped on the way to the car! No privacy, no protection for any customers, we were all super close to each other and I could hear everyone's info, and everyone could hear mine. I will NEVER go back here. If you are worried for employee safety then install bullet proof glass/ and or something else....don't sacrifice the customers privacy and security!!!!

They are an excellent company . They are always friendly when you go into one of their branches. It took me about 10 minutes to get a car loan yesterday. I just got my profit sharing and it just adds to my savings account. I like dealing with them better than the banks. If you're not a member I would check them out I think you'll like it

Community America gets 1000 stars not just 5....i have never been treated so well in my life when it comes to online banking...getting the most out of my money I feel like community America is like family I get alerts and notification on things I can do to improve my money my auto my life!!!! I am very thankful to be a member at community America credit union!!! And a very special thanks to all of you working for community America!!!!

Great experience, love the layout inside it makes things flow faster and quickly resolved my issue in less than 5 mins. Going to start going to this location more often.

I have never enjoyed dealing with banks and I dreaded getting my first loan. But when I stopped by this bank, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and they went above and beyond while walking me through every single step while being incredibly polite. I don't think I have ever been so satisfied with customer service.

I have been banking with CommunityAmerica since I graduated high school in 2013. I have received excellent customer service specifically at this Noland Road location. The team here went above and beyond to assist with banking needs!

Very poor customer service. Was applying for a credit card and told I would receive a call back. Never called back, I had to go up to the credit Union and was ask for social security number to look up information when my account number does the same, the lady that was helping me apply for the credit card walked up and acted like she didn't even know me. Been using CommunityAmerica for a few years now and all over the KC metro area, this is the first time I've ever felt unimportant. Will not be returning except to use the ATM.

Nice clean location and super nice reps working, it's nice to see they're doing so well they don't need new customers I let them run my credit for a personal loan to consolidate lady was so positive and said I have good credit I thought they would give us the loan. She said she would call me back with an answer and never did. I went back to the branch the next day and she said oh yea I need your tax returns I said ok (why didn't she call me) I emailed her those papers then waited for her to call she said couple hours but never called me back and they don't have phones for the branch so I emailed her and she emailed me back saying sorry underwriters declined the application .. it's ok but (why didn't she call me) if she already had an answer, it's like phones don't exist. We have 3 accounts with us bank we were thinking of bringing them over too but not anymore. Get these reps some phones.
