    Definitely not about customer service. If u get there 3 minutes before closing they will not take that 3 minutes to help u they'll just tell u to come back tomorrow. Seperate visit: Also they don't offer cashier's checks free to customers like most banks do, and they act like whatever they were doing b4 you walked in is more important than you and you are inconveniencing them by being there.

    I walked in and they were friendly at first but when i needed to cash a check and open a bank account they took one look at me and said, "We can't help you." I understand my check was not from their bank since Im not from here but they could have at least opened an account and let me deposit it that way. Thank God for Citizens National Bank next door.
