My fiance called trying to get a loan for a truck and to pay off a smaller loan so we weren't making 2 or 3 payments. Originally the loan didn't go thru because the truck had to high of miles. Thats fine, we looked for something else. We try again and now they tell us it has to be under x amount of miles. Need I remind you they didn't tell us any amount the day before. So we find something that's value is $11k and they somehow value it at $8 something k. So they approved it for just enough to buy it when they knew from the get go we needed the extra to pay off the other loan. So we figure something else out and way to make it work, just to be told it had to be in our name and have insurance on it before they can do anything with it at all. How in the world are we supposed to get it transferred over and insured when we are taking a loan out to by it? I'd recommend one main or eagle finance ANY DAY!! Not to mention they are horrible at calling back. I dont feel like this an issue with the smaller loans but when they have to go higher up, they should keep all employees up to date and how things work within their company.

Janet she’s a nice lady, but the company itself not so great, I was approved for 2k on the website then was called and told I’ll only get 550$ smh but oh well

I called and told I was approved and that everything was a%100 go and then I go in with a 230 appointment and sit over a hour and half (mind you I’m sick as a dog while waiting) only to be told I was not approved and that they never said I was but I have voicemail saying otherwise...highly recommend eagle financial over mariner...eagle actually does you right and fair
