First Entertainment Credit Union Warner Blvd, Burbank

After 5+ years, I am done with FI. They are fine if you want to just put your money in an account and have it sit but god forbid you need to call them or need any other type of service. And using their ATM or those at 7-11, guarantee you will have issues. They couldn't careless as they unflag your card and tell you to try again. They rolled out their new mobile app design which was a pain to set up and doesn't seem any better than their last. My husband and I both had issues which we had to call in. Calling in, not only does it take forever to get to the prompt for a call back, if you don't, you will be on hold forever. Their mobile app and website are so outdated and not user friendly whatsoever. We are leaving because of the terrible customer service and the headache and dread of ever having to deal with them. We were able to open accounts at another credit union online and it was too easy!!! We haven't even visited their locations yet but so far, they are welcoming and very user friendly. Which makes me think they actually care about their customers. We were never happy with the service at First Entertainment.

You can't reach the bank by phone, the banks call center can't reach the bank by phone, and you can't go to this bank unless you work on the WB lot. First Entertainment is a great bank and I have loved working with them over the years, but not having access to a human being when you need help with your account is extremely frustrating and more so when you rush over from work and can't get to the bank. There is however, another nearby. Now you now and knowing is half the battle. Revised to 5 star because they are a Five Star bank and am sure this one is too but couldn't tell you for sure because, in true Hollywood style, I'm apparently not on the list.

If BofA were a Credit Union, this would be it. They play the same games with your Money...I don't have these problems with Capital One.

Update your hours. Left work and rushed to arrive at 5:30 only to find the branch closed.

**Unfortunately I do not recommend this credit union** Reasons: They DO NOT refinance their own loans. They do not go out of their way to help you or make any flexibility in an event of hardship that you may have when it comes to making a payment whether of your on time payment history. My husband regrets ever giving them business.

Many reasons. 1- the fees for stuff is really high 2-they will NOT take responsibility for problems that are on them 3-hours are not friendly to office workers 4-not enough locations 5-have a branch in warner brothers but normal people cant go to it without an escort Only upside is employees are usually nice
