First Convenience Bank E Camp Wisdom Rd, Duncanville

This bank period is not worth opening an account with. I had an experience where they deposit someone's money in my account plus they quick to get money from you. They find many ways to squeeze money out of you. Plus they need an ATM that you can deposit money instead of waiting on the branch employees. Smh

This branch is not good one of their employees offered me to get first time loan and stated to me to take out $600 from my account and so we did and told me there will not be a problem getting approved for the loan just come in next day to sign paper work for the loan went the next and employee stated that I don't qualify for loan and need to pay back the money. All he said was sorry you were not approved after he said there would be no problem. I wish he would of told me before making it sound like I would be approved.

I love the availability whenever I need to go in. Yes at times the line can be long as they don't have a drive through being inside of the grocery store. But it does not overshadow the level of care and customer service that I receive.

My Disability check gets deposited in a joint account and he has a debit card in his name and I do not have one!!!! Also he signs my name to a trust check and deposits it. I have no access to my own money. We are not married.

They are slow workers take to much time talking i was waiting for them in line for around 45 min i know there is important for customer care but still they take to much time

This one is probably one of the worst I've been to. It was closed now you cannot make a money order. Cashiers will speak Spanish to one another infront of when your clearly speaking English to them. I'm trilingual but still it seems a bit rude. The last time I went I I just needed a money order stood in the line forever, just to be told they couldn't do it. At least put up a sign and I'll go elsewhere

Personally i never had any serious issues with this bank..ive been with them for years..i dont like the long lines..however..when i do need to go in..which is rarely since the new app came..i can cash checks thru the app..control my debit card activities..and manage transfers thru the app..and i can add funds to my acct at walmart for $1..or call to dispute any payments..so that has definetly made the banking experience better

Always friendly never had a problem with the bank on the inside just over the phone, liens do be to long.they know you by face if ur a regular like me

Alejandra made me pull down my mask today and possibly exposed me to covid. Saying she needed to verify me but didn’t do it to the Hispanic lady behind me. Honestly just sad I feel it was because I’m black
