I went in to ask the manager about the $200 promotion. I wanted to know if I could get an extension on it because my disability would not be in at the deadline to to receive the bonus. A little black gentleman got my debit card info and said he would look into extending the deadline bu . I never heard back from him and I didn't get the promotion because, my disability, did not go in by the deadline. He could have just told me no, instead of blowing me off, I get that at Bank of America Very displeased with my experience at Chase. I'm a new customer and I get blown off first hand.

All drive thru lanes on a friday were closed but 1 lane. No business lane open for busineses that that cant sit in a line of 7 cars. Need to find out how to resplve this issue. It isnt fair for your customers and the businesses that have money in your bank.

Today in June The 4th I went in to open a savings account, no book to sign in just two people standing there offering their help and sitting you when needing assistance. There were two old ladies already waiting (white old ladies) and only two people in the office helping. One of the two came out and asked who was next, and took one of the two ladies, then the second person came out and he was pointed to take in the other old lady. After more than 30 minutes they finished with the first lady and aproched another two ladies that just came in. (Black ladies) and the gentleman that came out of the office was black as well. He approached these two black ladies and just asked them if they were ready, he never asked who was next like he should have. And took them in. The manager and the other person that were standing in the lobby (I found out later he was the manager) came and asked if the agent asked who was next. I told them the true, he didn't asked who was next and instead he just took the two black ladies. Point is, I never thought they would that in the this bank at Duncanville Tx. They have usually being very friendly and courteous. But today, it was a clear case of discrimination in this Chase branch in Duncanville. I feel frustrated because after talking to the manager it was clear nothing will be done in order to correct this hatefull type of actions. I had to leave with out opening the savings account went I went specifically to do there. I hope this would never happened again.

Okay so I never try to leave bad reviews but the manager was very unprofessional. I just needed something notarized and she was all over the place and not sure what she was talking about when all she had to do was let somebody know I needed something notarized 😡😡😡 bad service and I love my bank smh

My experience here is what I imagine banks were like in the 50s. Everyone was so nice and helpful and even greeted some customers by name as they walked in. Will definitely be doing all my bank stuff here!

bank usually has 2-3 drive up lines open with only one person serving all 3 which runs into a long wait. Last time there saw a sign that were doing away with drive up soon. Guess no customer service is better than bad customer service? Also called them a got a message that they were too busy please call back.

Every single time I call, no one ever answers the phone. Their customer service when you actually go in and talk to someone is very nice though. I just wish they would answer the phone!
