First Convenience Bank Avondale-haslet Rd, Haslet

I’ve been coming to the bank here for over 7 years for my personal and work business account and the staff is always friendly. Sandra is the best!!

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Can’t even complain to a manger about complete lack of customer service from the staff, because they don’t work either. I can’t even send my staff into this location to make deposits or get change because they feel like they’re being attacked by a couple of the ladies in there.

Worst bank of all time. Do not use this bank, they literally stole over 200 dollars.

When I first signed up it was a nice experience. Now when I go there the "guys" act like I'm a joke. Very condescending.. I will take my business elsewhere.

Worst banking experience I have ever encountered. As soon as my 90 days is up I am pulling my account. I would NOT bank here if you paid me!! If I could leave a "0" review I would!!!

When I was living out here, I remember the people at this bank walking around in Walmart trying to get pick to make an account with them. There was two female works who even followed a customer into the bathroom and kept asking her to sign up. If someone says no, that means no. Don’t keep harassing them because you’re also scaring them off for shopping at Walmart. People go to Walmart to shop and buy food and stuff for their house. Not be followed around and trying to be forced to make a bank account. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Never liked banks in stores just for this reason and this Walmart isn’t the only location that has this bank located inside.

I used to use the CoinStar at the Haslet Walmart. I was told I could just use the First Convenience bank and was free if I opened an account. I did open an account. I asked for a Savings account but the local rep said to just put it in a checking. I did and have not touched the money until today. I had deposited 102.57 cents and this month I get a statement stating they withdrew 47$ for inactivity fee. So half of the money gone in 1 year. I am going to be rich with these guys! No, I pulled my remaining 55$ out. I will be putting in Frost Bank. I will just drive to a location which is not convenient for me, but will not cost me 50% of my money to keep it there.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. There is always two people trying to help, and 10 people in line. Get it together. Learn from your other branches 🙏
