First Convenience Bank E Arkansas Ln, Arlington

Second time I’ve come to this location to get smaller bills in exchange for my big ones. Was told I can’t do so. A couple months ago I came to do the same thing a few times and they would do it for me no problem. Every other location I’ve been to gets me change no questions asked. I just like to go to this one cause it’s the closest to my house. This is also the least “Welcoming” location in the area. Good thing the others locations are all just 15 minutes or so away.

Horrible customer service, they all look like they didn't want to come in to work today. They are more concerned about gossip than to assist customers with fast and friendly service.

Honestly I been baking with them over 5 years already and their customer service is not as bad; but in reality they take FOREVER to attend you ! You seriously have to wait 30 to an hour just to cash or even deposit! That’s honestly so unprofessional! I recommend to come by when you honestly have no plans to do because they will ruin it all ! They need to work on that ASAP ! I wish I could give them only half a start

Mrs. Danielle is my to go lady! I have never had any issues with the bank, I opened my account over 5 years ago and regardless the changes in personal, I always receive an excellent service at this branch. Of course, you don't want to be in line on Friday afternoon or payday. Love my First Convenience Bank!

Slow like molasses. Unprofessional and poor customer service. Less talking and more working. The work ethics of this new generation is absolutely pathetic and classless Thank God I don't bank with these people.

It’s a great bank. They don’t run credit when opening acct but they go offer products to help you build it up. I’ve been here 5 years. I get paid early with direct deposit The requirements aren’t crazy extremely easy to keep free. They offer stash acts to help save.

I was directed to this bank specifically, by a customer service person on the phone , assuring me of a woman named Aisha, who is a notary, and would be able to notarize my documents for $3.00 . I drove the extra distance and waited an extended amount of time for Aisha to refuse to notarize my documents. 👎🏻 I may have inconvenienced her.., her demeanor was less than accommodating.

Alisha and Isela are always above and beyond in customer service. I love to see their smiles and they always take great care of me. I feel like I'm talking to a person instead of an employee whenever i go. Been banking here nearly 5 years, and no regrets!

The one in Kroger on Arkansas is wonderful! They have a coin machine, and the employee's are friendly and helpful. Grate bank.
