My loan was purchased by them and they are the worst mortgage servicer I have worked with. Missed payments on home insurance, phone support is incompetent, and it took them over a month to mail me a loan number before I could even make my first payment and had the audacity to call me upset that I haven't paid them yet. If I could choose my servicer, they would never even be an option.

Worst customer service ever. Every person you talk to tells you something different. Nothing your told can trusted because everyone tells you that the previous person told you a lie. I put a lot of money into this company to be getting a run around like this. I will be looking for a more reputable company to refinance with ASAP!
