Lisa was very responsive and knowledgeable. She kept us well informed with our loan options. I believe that her prior knowledge as an underwriter made this a very seamless process. She collected documents that she knew would be needed, minimizing the number of email requests sent. When we requested estimates and adjustments to get better picture of costs, she didn't hesitate to provide. She maintained excellent communication during this process. If she was not available to speak, she would immediately let me know via text, and reach out as soon as she became available. She applied pressure where and when needed to be sure that we closed on time. I would absolutely recommend Lisa to friends and family that are in need of a great lender.
