First Community Credit Union Se 4th St, Hermiston

We love First Communty Credit Union! We have had accounts there for years and most recently they helped us with an auto loan. Sam was incredibly helpful from start to end and their rates were unbeatable. They went far beyond what I expected, to resolve an issue with the dealership that was not their fault. First Community is the first place I will go for any further banking services we need.

Sam was so helpful in the financing of our RV. I know others that have worked with her in the past and they had the same great experience. Highly recommend her for assistance.

I have had accounts with first community bank since the branch first opened back in the 90’s with a different name then. I’ve also had accounts with other banks through out the yrs. They have always had the best service. They’ve taken the time to pull up any info and explained any question work with me on any account issue and worked with me on fees before on account I coe’d on. They may not have all the frills some banks have but they also don’t dump unessary fees or push threw bill pmts before deposits so get fees for the bank. It’s not many banks out there these day that are there for the customer when they need it.

Thank bank has great rates if you are well qualified borrower, but they don't have the technology that some other banks have that is vital for this day and age which makes things pretty inconvenient.

I love this bank, I have been with them since 04 or so. Ive always had a pleasant experience there, and I've not had any concerns or issues. I highly recommend them, and Samantha S, for any lending or banking needs. They do it right, and honest. Samantha could not of made the process easier. I was so impressed I brought another loan from a competitor institution over.

I First phoned in to get prequalified then went in for an auto loan and Samantha Sautter, the financial representative is so professional and efficient. She was very helpful, worked quickly, very specific and very pleasant! Best service hands down!

I've been with the credit union for four years now. They have been more helpful, more time generous than a bank or any other credit establishment I have ever been to. Everybody I've dealt with there has been super friendly. Michelle Edwards has been a godsend. She has help me through some really stressful times. I purchased a house through them and two vehicles and have had no problems whatsoever.

Terrible.atm didn't workx3 made punches online for .99cents and they shut down my debt card leaveing me stranded.x2 closing my account Monday unreliable
