    Take your vehicle to a cheap oil change shop and hope that everything was done right. I don't take chances and neither does my wife. We only go to Tom Denchel Ford where I have the utmost trust in them from many years of service. From scheduling to customer service, you can't trust anyone else. They even picked me up and I got a free car wash! Small town value and the best employees, period.

    Our experience with the service department over the last several months was awful. We have a 2016 F350 with only 49,000 miles and we have had it since brand new. It has always performed and ran great until august when they did a software update. This last time it was in the shop was another recall and after we got that recall done my husband drove it to work and it coded and told him 50 miles to shutdown. They call us and tell us it’s the filter and will be over $500 for repair so we authorize and then they call us and tell us now they need to replace the EGR for a bunch more money and the part is weeks out…we picked it up and brought it to a different mechanic and asked Tom Denchel to give us a partial credit since their initial diagnosis was wrong and they wouldn’t do it. Told us we don’t run the truck hard enough when we have had this truck for 6 years and never had this problem until they touched it. They could have easily worked with us but chose not to. It was obvious all they care about is the money..sad deal in a small town. They have lost our business forever

    These guys did a good job of getting me in and out on my new truck purchase, the process was a little slow due to what’s going on in America but I rate these guys 5 stars. Paul did a very good job on handling business even knowing I was frustrated about a few bumps in the road. I’m a very picky guy but these gentleman made me happy on my new truck purchase!     Was pretty straight forward when we bought a vehicle from this place. They gave the mechanics report. They only came down a little on price, which was in mid KBB range, so we were happy. Nice staff. Tara was awesome. We are happy with our as-is purchase. If I were to give one critique, since this location sells cars and is the service department, the place needs to be spruced up a little bit. It felt like we were in a tire shop, and there was a lot of clutter. I think some new paint, maybe some privacy fogging vinyl on the managers office window, key boxes, file cabinets and storage would just clean up the look and feel. :)

    Although our vehicle was in the shop for quite awhile, I understand it was not because of problems related to Tom Denchel. I was extremely pleased with Javier Gutierrez, our service advisor who led us through our repair and insurance issues. I felt confident from the moment I first spoke with Javier that our vehicle situation would be handled with care and efficiency.     No greeting even when I went inside I had to physically walk up to someone and ask questions nobody even had a badge or logo saying they worked there then the vehicle I looked at was 10k over market value and it wasn't their brand so I know the service wasn't up to date..... bad experience don't think I'll go back

    Erik Weinberg out of the Hemriston store went out of his way to help me get a loan and find a good car for me. He worked for weeks trying to find the perfect car in my price range. My credit is really not good at all, and I walked away with the payments I wanted, a good warranty and car I'm happy with. Erik came in on his day off to get me thr car, and when he saw me pull into the parking lot, he ran out and started it up so it would be nice and cool inside when I went to drive it home. The car looked amazing, smelled amazing Im super happy with Tom Denchel and especially with Erik's customer service.

    36 hours after pulling into Hermiston in a broken truck, they had it fixed! That is unheard of in the current supply chain situation!

    Manager was extremely rude. Salesman’s tried to make it right and worked to get the best deal he could. Had a deal in place, told them I wanted to test drive a vehicle before having my credit ran. They ran my credit three times and said it was a “miscommunication”. I had heard plenty of bad things about Tom Denchel, but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Wishing I wouldn’t have now. Do not recommend this dealership at all.

    I would like to thank Nick Gladwell and his team for helping my cousin get into a car with the situation he was in when we walked into the dealership. Nick was super friendly from the get go. He really tried to ask as many questions as he could to find out what type of vehicle my cousin would like to buy.     The moment I sat down and read some articles I was informed that the service work was completed. This was my first experience with the Ford Dealer in Hermiston. I had been taking my vehicles to a Ford Dealer in Pasco Washington. The cost was close to being the same, just the length of time is quicker. Going to Hermiston is better.

    I wanted to see what my Jeeps value would be on Kelley Blue Book and did the "cash offer" option. I was unaware that this would send dealerships my Jeep and they would reach out to me because I wanted to trade it in. Robert Fowler from Tom Denchel reached out to me and at first was very nice. He proceeded to send me multiple stock profiles of vehicles to look at so they weren't even the actual cars I'd be seeing at the dealer. He sent me multiple in a row, not even giving me a chance to respond to him. He also emailed me and called me. I stopped responding because I found another vehicle at a different dealership and was very turned off by how pushy Robert was being. He then texted me again asking if I wanted to come in to look at a vehicle I told him I liked, I didn't respond, then he texted me again saying he hoped he didn't upset me. At this point, I blocked his number. The next day, he proceeded to email me again, and text and call me from a different number. I felt this was very uncalled for and very pushy and borderline harassment. I emailed him back telling him to stop contacting me. I felt as though if a potential customer isn't responding to you that they are no longer interested and to not continue speaking with them and try to push a vehicle sale. I'm not sure if this is how all salesman are at this dealership, but I do not recommend them from this experience. I felt harassed and no other dealers that reached out to me treated me this way. I will be contacting their office to tell them what happened.

    Very rude service department. Good luck getting a call back. You’ll have to schedule your own appointment on their website that lets you schedule at times that aren’t actually available. Then the staff treats you like garbage when you arrive. They’ll charge you more than what you literally signed for and asked me if a had a screwdriver. Soooo good luck. I learned more on YouTube.

    I dealt with a car dealer in tri cities but was disappointed with how they handle deals. I went to Tom Denchels because I saw an ad on facebook. The sales manager did not find me a car that worked the first day, but came in on his day off to work with me. He was very professional and found me a great car without any stress. It was 95+ degrees and I had my wife and 2 elderly dogs with me. One of the sales staff saw us limp into the dealership and quickly told us to come in out of the heat, even with the dogs. They allowed us to wait in the showroom and brought the dogs water. Shawnica quickly had a tech diagnose the problem but didn't have the part in stock. They allowed me to park my trailer in their lot until the truck was fixed. Thanks to everyone for your outstanding customer service.

    May 1st 2021 purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX. Very happy with the car however this am it wouldn't start, appears the battery is dead for no apparent reason. Have a call into the service department as we got the 85,000 warranty with said vehicle..
