Mortgage process was good, local staff are helpful. However, within a month the loan gets passed off to an enormous loan servicing company with generic customer service, hold times on the phone and no local people you can speak with. Not the experience I'm looking for when I select a Credit Union over a bank.

Top notch customer (member) service, EVERY time. Very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kudos to Jennie McGuire for always answering my questions and taking care of my many requests. I now live in Tennessee but have no intentions of ever leaving First Community. They’re my financial institution for life! Thank you for all you do!

Our entire family knows the staff of this Credit Union because of their professionalism and knowledge, but more importantly their ability to smile, laugh and get to know you on a personal level. So many times they have went out of their way to help with what might seem little to them, but big to us, without hesitation. My Mother, who recently passed away, had a warm, familiarity with many of the ladies within this branch and I appreciate that so much, as it extends to the rest of the family as well. I appreciate the way this branch is willing to work with you and for you. In today's climate that is a true gem.

This is the best bank around. They make everything easy to do. Very good at helping g when you do have a questions. They are all very nice and profesional. Keep up the good work.

The First Community Credit Union in Janesville has a fantastic team of people. Whenever I have questions I am always directed to the right person for answers. If that person can't answer they are very quick to find out who can. Everyone is personable and friendly! I wouldn't want to go to any other bank!

Janesville Branch has always been convenient for me. The Staff are always smiling and friendly. They offer all services needed for Banking and are very knowledgeable. They also are keeping up with the new banking trend.

I have used First Community Credit Union for most if my life. I am very happy that the Janesville branch was added. Having a location that is available for my banking needs when I am outside of the Beloit area is very convenient and has made my life so much easier. The staff is friendly and always eager to help. I haven't found a better banking experience.
