You'd be better off putting your money in a coffee can. My mother was with Parker credit union for over 40 yrs and educators has done nothing but screw her accounts up. Pain to get straightened out. Kept putting checks in wrong acct and blamed social security. Wasn't there fault! Plz plz plz go somewhere else! I tell everyone that!

I’ve been at Educators (PCCU) for over 30 years. My only regret is that I didn’t leave when Educators took over for PCCU. They are the worst company I’ve ever associated myself with. The absolute worst. And I’m not alone in my feelings on this. I cannot count the friends, family & acquaintances that have left there. People who had been there just as long as me — some much longer. The last time I was physically in the building (not drive-through), there was an elderly man sobbing because of the way he was being treated by employees there. My young son was terrified, as were others that were there. If you’re considering Educators for your banking needs, I cannot express how much you will regret it. Please go somewhere else; especially if you’re an older person. If I had to describe the people running, as well as associated with this business in one word, it would be, evil.

This bank went so far as to move money from one account to another without my permission and then blame me twice!! They aren't supposed to touch my money/account!! The branch manager is incredibly rude and ignorant. Don't bank here unless you want your money mishandled!!!

The restriction on online/mobile transfers is ludicrous. It’s not 1990 anymore, people use mobile phones for banking and don’t want to track down an ATM to do a simple account transfer more than 5 times per month. Educators’ policies and guidelines are stuck several decades in the past.

Nice place, always helpful people/employee's working there. No place is perfect. But when a mistake is made, they make it right. So for my family, there's none better.

The worst credit union in the area ever since being taken over by Educators. Once again I've received horrible customer service. I constantly get rerouted to other people, follow through is lacking, attention to customer concerns and feedback is poor. They do not hold themselves accountable for anything (wrong, right or otherwise). I'd never even open a car loan up with this company again even if they offerd me the lowest interest rate!

Great customer service when you're in person. But entirely unwilling to entertain let alone resolve issues. Banked there for a few years and knew everyone by name and then left for 2 years, moved out of town and didn't use the account at all, it had a positive balance until the other day I get a notice saying I overdrafted when I haven't used the account in 2 years? Upon calling to resolve the issue I'm told I just should have known about it and they're entirely unwilling to work with me on a resolution. Highly advise against long term banking here. Also be aware of quarterly surprise fees.

Service seems to get worse. Must be extremely short staffed.

Get a local number, it's just irritating when you get transferred everywhere and wait forever trying to solve an issue. It makes your customer service seem like garbage. If you want a local credit Union, and local service, you currently won't get it with Educators.

Seriously dislike this bank. You have mobile deposit but still have to wait days to access the money. This is such BS especially now days when going to the bank is already so difficult.
