First Community Credit Union Farm to Market 2920, Spring

Transfers using bill pay from Houston Police credit union in the amount of 8000.00. Funds were drafted out of my account on 4-1 to pay FIrst Community credit card . Fast forward to 4/8 funds still not posted to my account. Email sent to First Community who responded right away that they received the funds. But would not post to credit card until 4-15 to make sure for OUR safety money was in the account withdrawn from. Email back a fourth they wanted proof it cleared sending account. We use bill pay for all our accounts and First Community is the ONLY one we always have a HUGE lag in getting the payment posted in a timely manner. Sent proof of the 8000, taken out of sending account on 4-1 and of course this email is the one they have not responded to right away. Lucky for us this is just. Back up account and we will now put this one at the bottom of the list. And the best is Houston Police Federal Credit union and First Communications are shared banks. Again this money went directly from bank to bank!

Been trying to help an elderly lady who has had her bank account hacked...THIS BANK HAS NOT OFFERED HER ANY ASSISTANCE AT ALL! NONE ZIP, ZERO!

Mrs. Twila was a very helpful and very courteous. she ask what service they could provide this day and completed the task with no fuss. Kind of like banking where they care more of the customer needs than pushing added product. This location in the HEB has always been friendly and courteous. Kind of wish they still had tellers but signs of the time due to COVID. Thanks

Ms J Stewart was more than helpful she dedicated all the time we had to listen and to make our needs taking care off , she is an asset for the First Community Credit union , i believe she is a great employee , even that is was saturday we were happy when we left

This worst bank deal with. Don't ever forget your password cause it will take 7 times be transferred and act Congress to get account unlocked. And banking team has no access to debt card and debt card team has no access to bank so if you have have issue is 3 days on phone

Visited this location for shared branch services and the staff was super helpful. The young lady at the desk (I didn't catch her name) was the best. Inviting and super funny. You can't go wrong with people that's ready to laugh and make you feel comfortable all while taking care of business. I see ya'll Frist Community CU. Thanks again.

Giving one star due to the fact I was told by the manager working this day I couldn’t cash my $5,000 check because I currently had .89cents in my account after paying bills when if you take a look at my account I’ve placed $5800 deposit, multiple 4K checks in my account, multiple 3k deposits, multiple 2k deposits multiple 1.5k deposits I also have other bank accounts this isn’t even the biggest amount of money that has been placed in my account this year I have 2k coming in 2days I’m very disappointed and I am probably going to cancel my account.
