First Community Credit Union Telegraph Rd, St. Louis

When I moved to Oakville in South County, my new insurance agent, suggested that I do my banking with First Community Credit Union. He told me they were very friendly and easy to work with. He was right! I have taken advantage of several products they offer. If you want big Bank advantages with small Town Friendliness, you will like First Community Credit Union.

Slowest drive thru ever, today. In 2nd lane, depositing 1 lousy check, had the tube in before both cars in lanes 3 & 4. They both waited on and gone. Me, still there.....for 13 minutes! She cured me....I'll go in before I sit on that fu#!$ng line again. I'm almost tempted to change banks....again!!!

I have been a member of the Telegraph branch for about 10 years now and have always had excellent service . I hate to single out one person since they are all so great, but Brittany Brown was so wonderful to me when I first started banking there.

Worst credit union out there. The worst. We had our accounts fraudulently hit DAILY for two months and it was a NIGHTMARE getting our money back. They are pompous jerks here. Don't waste your time.

Was told they were doing me a favor, by manager, by depositing a third party check. Deposited, not cashed! Took check back and deposited in Alliance Credit Union.

Poor customer service. Girl in the drive-through just told me no, about doing something that we have been doing there for 8 years. Instead of clarifying why, she just told me to go to a different bank. When I went inside I was able to complete the task, but they acted like they were doing me a favor. Customer service has always been poor, whether we are trying to do a loan (we have completed multiple here), or simply deposit a small check. They have good rates. That is the only reason I still bank here.

They are very friendly, never had a problem and had our money back in our account within 3 day during a hack. Plus the had popcorn and coffee in the lobby before the covid issues.

I have begged at first community credit Union in for about 22 years and I can only say good things about them they are much better than any other bank the charges fees to open accounts Bank charges zero fees whatsoever

Co workers suggested this CU. I loved everything about them! Cordial, efficient and so much better than B of A in every way. Wish I had moved my accounts sooner!

The staff is friendly and goss the extra mile to help. There's always popcorn and lollipops for the kids, and treats for the pets. It's a small town feel from a large organization built around the needs and concerns of its members.
