First Community Bank Everhart Rd, Corpus Christi

Very rude bank teller, each one of my visits to this specific location has been unpleasant and this last time was terrible, if you bank with first community bank I recommend using the ocean dr location over this location. Would give them 0/5 stars if possible.

I opened my first checking account with First Community when I turned 18 and have had the same account ever since. I have never once had an issue with the bank itself or any of the employees! Many of the employees have been there for the past few years, maybe longer, and they really go the extra mile to make your experience feel personal, and to make sure you as a customer feel protected and comfortable!!

Came in to open an account. Did not get welcomed what so ever, no greeting at all. They did not have a sign in sheet to sign in, so we sat there. There are 2 ladys working at desks of to the side. One helping custlmers and the other just sitting there on the phone instead of helping us. We have been sitting here for about 20 minutes with no help.

I am moving to Texas but I can not get an account with out a Texas address. I asked what I could do and the only answer they had was try another bank. Worst service from a bank don’t waste your time with this one

I open a account here and they were nice maybe it's me but I feel when I go to my bank I want to feel welcomed and not feel like I'm asking to request money from there own account.

When my husband and I first walked in, the first thing the employees did was look at us in a rude manner and made us feel unwelcome. They followed that by giving my husband trouble for his federal government ID. The lady that attended us was racist and just completely humiliated us. The rest of the employees just sat and watched. So much for supporting my local bank. I'm gonna stick to Wells Fargo because they've never been rude to me.

I guess other banks are posting negative reviews, our family has been using this bank for 37 years without any problems with the staff.

I am very satisfied with the care and service i have received from FCB, especially Lesa G. They are very helpful with the Home Loan process. Thank you for your help.
