My husband and I moved here 3 years ago and First Commonwealth was the bank recommended to us. We are happy we chose them. We have had no issues with them in the 3 years since. They are always so nice and helpful. The staff there is always so helpful with any questions we have and they really take their time with us to make sure we leave happy.

I have been with this credit union for about 10 years and they are the absolute best! Great and very professional people who care to whatever your needs are.

I recently used the ATM machine at the Kutztown branch and withdrew $20. I immediately proceeded to the drive up and sent the $20 bill into the bank to get it broken down to 2-$5 & a $10. They ask for my account #. Since I currently do not have an account with your CU they return my $20 bill and said they could not issue the change. I wanted to thank you for the extra effort and extra poor customer service. Because your branch is convenient for me I may have switched CU from my current one. I see you are NOT concerned about your customers.
