First Citizens' Federal Credit Union, North Branch N Front St, New Bedford

This credit union is the worse people friendly company I’ve ever dealt with. They are making enemies of neighbors and I hope they lose all the customers they have that are their neighbors. They spent an entire weekend towing vehicles from hard working people that live in the neighborhood that are just parking cars in lot. They spent a good bit to place a fence around there entire lot just to lock people out no other reason. Now they get cars towed when the business isn’t even open. If the vehicles getting towed were in the way of customers that is one thing but they are not. Yet this same bank will make their neighbors go to court to repair their fence when it’s damaged by their customers or snow removal company. They will not replace or repair their neighbors fences unless the neighbors file a court claim. Great bank!!!! Hope all the cars you got towed were customers you will lose.

This bank is running on 1990s mentality. ATMs are horrible and you still have to use an envelope to deposit a check. Funds are not available for 2 days. Depending on type of check deposited, you have to wait 5 more days for funds to be available. Doing online banking is even a bigger joke. It always denies my access to get onto my online account. I think I will pay the $10.00 maintenance fee at another bank. At least their digital technology is up to the present; unlike at this bank, where it's stuck in the Clinton era.

My 94 year old Aunt had a lot of money in this bank. One account is a joint account with my mother. My aunt wanted to transfer some money from one account to another and they would not do it. They accused my mother of coercing my Aunt to do it. My Aunt's mind is 100% fine. She is not coerced by anyone. She had to pay a lawyer $250. to give power of attorney to my mother so that she could access the money to pay for my Aunt's nursing home. The bank checks my mother gets are made out to the nursing home, so it is obvious where the money is going. This money pays for her nursing home, house taxes, house repairs, water bill, gas bill, electric bill and all personal care items. My mother herself is eldery and ill and doesn't need this stress. Today two employees stood at the door and stared my mother down. My Aunt's house is being sold and when it sells , all my Aunt's money will be moved to another bank.

My wife and i just opened up some accounts here today, and the service was amazing. Gorette was very helpful, and she made us feel very comfortable, and happy with our choices. She answered every question we had. Thank you for a great experience!

I will be closing my account Monday because first citizens is literally ruining my life by controlling my income in the most archaic way. Tellers? Really?

The worst bank I've ever been to the drive-thru sucks always they for at least a half hour for a simple deposit I've made over a dozen complaints to the district manager she said that the drive-thru wasn't her concern horrible management time to change banks

Hours of this credit union are terrible: They really need to stay open longer. What happens if you don't get out of work until 5:00?? Can't do any banking? And if you make a deposit thru the ATM. it doesn't show up in your account until the next day after 3:00 pm; this bank has to get with the program

Bank had line out almost out the door of people and only two tellers were working and one was on the drive through took forever just to make a simple deposit

This is the worst bank ever awful policies and worst customer service. They are not understanding dont care about people and I hope you never have to deal with them. Do not bank here
