Very polite and personable...but a $12 monthly maintenance fee taken out because my job hasn't been able to direct deposit my pay within the first month.. and not open on Saturdays. I'm new here and hate that I feel I've made a bad choice in banking.

All of the tellers at first citizens are so nice and always helpful. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Love my BoB business account, but being a small business owner operator, it's hard sometime to get by on weekdays. Could we please get some Saturday relief, limited hours would be very acceptable.
