From my very first visit I knew I was at the right place. Unlike every other pawn shop, they have never made me any ridiculously low offers on items I was selling or pawning. Every offer is fair and the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. It is the only Pawn Shop I use

The couple gentleman in there were super sweet!! I’m horrible with names, but the guy who helped us today was fantastic. We came in to sell and buy a TV. They were both fairly knowledgeable and honestly I just don’t have the words to describe the customer service. We don’t have enough of that in our current timer period.

Friendly customer service. I use them on a regular bases for my pawn loans. They Offer the best prices for my goods. They also have fair prices on Their in store products as well.

Been using them when shirt on cash for couple of years. We also buy from them. But let me tell you...if you need a loan and the short dude repeatedly ask if you want to sell LEAVE! He will lie and fix it so you loose what he wants! They know us. (My daughter can get my stuff out without me) they knew they were in the wrong and offered me a deal. If you care about what you need to get a loan on....DON'T if they are too interested!

RIPP OFF... my elderly 85 year old dad went in for a $600.00loan. Interest alone is $137.00 a month.. Time to report this and get these Ripp Off places CLOSED or in line for REALISTIC high interest rates. Not RIPP OFF RATES

They are the worst. They tell you that you have 30 days to return in case it doesn't work. You buy it and it doesn't work. You take it back and they say you have to sent it to the manufacturer. I will never do business there again!

Do not take or buy ANYTHING here. For the second time, I was offered $20 for an item worth more than $200. Theyre nothing but crooks trying to capitalize on someones hard times. I will never be back.

Great customer service, and I've got some great deals here!!! They're always ready to make a deal. Not like some shops nowadays who won't bargain with you, these guys always work with you.

Over the last 4 years my family has purchased many electronics from them.. A 50inch tv... many gaming products from Xbox to PlayStation..2 guitars and euipment.. so far all is still working great with no problems.. which is a pretty big statement because we continuously USE and abuse our media and all.. The employees have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to be helpful .. friendly and MOST IMPORTANTLY from myself and other family members.. we ALWAYS walk away FEELING LIKE WE JUST GOT A GREAT DEAL!! We have never used the same sales person or I would suggest one. The female manager?? And male manager?? Or assistant?? Both are HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECIEVED! If you have ever been to pawn shop that's quiet a statement!!

Great customer service, Very friendly staff with a good knowledge of items in there shop! Will be taking all of my business to them in the future!
