First Cash Pawn Alameda Ave F, El Paso

This place is probably the worst pawn shop in El Paso unless you’re ready to deal with incompetent managers that have no idea how to verify legal documents take your business elsewhere. The service is always atrocious and the employees always seem more interested in their personal conversations then helping the actual customers

I had a great experience at this place! Saray was a great employee by giving my husband and I the best customer service. She was very kind and patient and took the time to give us some advice about the product we were purchasing. I will definitely be going back.

This place used to be one of my favorite pawnshops here in El Paso. They used to have such great customer service very polite and friendly and always had a smile. I’m not sure if it’s new management or just plain ignorance of what customer service is! There is this short girl that is beyond rude and will Interrupt you to advice you that they are close. The manager himself is rude he has an attitude and doesn’t seem to really care. I would recommend retraining all employees on what customer service but I highly doubt that will happen so I really recommend avoiding this place unless you like to be greeted by rude and no willing to assist attitudes! Go somewhere else trust me you’re better off

I went out looking for a fathers day gift and Manny the store manager was available when I needed help he was very and attentive, friendly and very helpful. Thank you all

I work out of town and was unable to pay my loan being that in Carlsbad there's no First Cash either. So was a day late called the store trying to negotiate for them to wait for me to come in to town the next day.negative. they didnt care. Wanted to sell me item at their price. Freakin sucks.

Bad customer service. Assisant managers need to improve in speaking with the customers. Very unprofessional. It seems they dont value the customer.
