If you take in your cellular phone ensure the workers don't forget to wrap up your charger and electric cord (USB thingy) with your mobile phone. Otherwise when you come back all you will get is your phone. Then hopefully, after you ask, they will rummage thru their box-under-the-front-counter and find an adequate replacement. Do not,, based on my personal experience,, take and leave the phone's box. They throw away your box and cannibalize, gut the innards.. so,, your original charger goes bye bye along with the manuals etc... If you don't ask, they don't care. The same as above (SAA) applies when you take your laptop/notebook in to pawn. If you take it in a bag, sometimes your nice leather case gets "thrown away." So, if you take in your 💻 to pawn, ensure the clerk seran-wraps your power supply and the accessories to your laptop. Otherwise, the SAA will be encountered. You will be out your computer bag. The front door has a Google sticker that states, "Rate us." Well, here it is baby.

Elizabeth is really cool and fair, took some items in to sell and I purchased an item. She’s patient and for the haters, well no one is forcing or obligating you to buy or sell here so don’t see the problem. I’ll be back for sure!

Called for a ps4 and out a hold for me. I get there and they selling it to another customer. They wont get my business anymore.

They have just lost me as a customer. The two people I deleted with today need to be educated in the function of the cameras in their store, and the ones that walk in their door. First, they have a cameras for sale that they tell charging way more than retail for! A Nikon Coolpix P900 is priced almost $300 more than if you bought it new. Second, you show them a DSLR, and one that's set in manual mode, and they try to tell you it's broken WITHOUT resetting the ISO, F-Stop or shutter speed. These people are idiots!

So here I am, in this shop, looking for a camera. I find one that I like, and want to buy. I ask how much it is, and was floored! The price was $35 MORE than buying a new one. When I tried to point this out, the guy said that I can put it on lay-away if the money is a problem. PEOPLE! LISTEN! You are offering USED items for sale, and trying to push them at prices that are equal to, or higher than a new product. You bumped your head and I think you need to seek some medical attention. Skip this pawn shop as they are crooks!

Had a gold bracelet on layaway, I got it out and it broke the same day, no help after that...triple check your items people.

Management unprofessional. Its seems many stores have this problem. Need to improve.
