The staff is very nice. The lady who waited on me was very patient and friendly as I tried on many rings to find just the right one. They had a good selection of beautiful rings so it was hard to choose, but I finally chose one and received a great discount when I asked what the best price was that they could give me. Definitely would go back!

I wasn't real impressed with the offer 20.00 less then expected staff was friendly and they were quick getting us taken care of they were patient with getting the equipment ready to test before approval on the loan even with me bieng unprepared and not checking it before hand was embarrassing enough they kept on processing the transaction for me and as soon as I finished with the testing part we we're on our way

I noticed two dewalt 20v tools with battery and charger. It was marked 62 dollars by an employee this morning, she noticed she marked the price incorrectly and someone who appeared to be in charge refused to honor the displayed price it was marked. If you or your employees make a mistake own up to it, honor it and move on with the day.

Visited today, Saturday, June 23rd, 2018. Looking for a small $200 loan on a $600 saltwater rod and reel. The male working the counter said his boss was huge into saltwater fishing. Apparently the employee could not make a decision on his own and finally got in touch with his boss 15 minutes later. He then offered $100. Will not return. Poor customer service all the way around.

You need to teach your employees the difference between" Domain "Workgroup" on a computer. Workgroup means the computer is for home base and easier to operate."Domain is more complicated of a setup. Workgroup does not mean that it belongs to a school or college like the bozo blonde that you have working the counter thinks and refused to take my laptop. Stupidity at its finest!

Always see these guys when I have something to pawn or sell. Never had an issue and the staff is very personable and friendly. I recommend this place.
