First Cash Pawn N Mesa St, El Paso

Do not waste your time here. Waisted 40 minutes of my life for them to tell they would lend me 50.00 on a 300.00 HP laptop. Plus the girl didn't know what she was doing , had to ask for help multiple times while she kept scratching my laptop on the dirty counter that had dirt or rocks. I regret 💯 coming here.

I was there a day or two before Christmas. I found a necklace I liked for my mom and was hesitant to buy because Ive never bought at that location below. I asked if I could return it if my mom didnt like it or if there was a problem with and and the lady said yes, within 10 days and that the receipt would have the details. My mom loved the necklace but it did not fit her so I went to return it or exchange it. The lady I bought it from was not there and the guy at the counter (Omar or Oscar) was rude and unhelpful. He said there was no returns on Jewelry despite the receipt NOT saying that. He refused to even look at the item or the receipt and said maybe he could buy it back for half of what I paid. I asked to speak to his manager and said she was not there to go back the next day. I called the next day to ensure she was there before I went out there and the store kept picking up the phone and putting it down without saying anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW WHATS ON THE RECEIPT RETURN POLICY. I will be submitting a complaint to the better business bureau and reviewing on blogs so people know to stay away from this location.

Clean and fair prices all the workers verry polite. Good store. Have time stop by .all ways good prices.

I didn't buy anything, but the staff were extremely nice, and the shop was well maintained and clean.

Worst place to pawn stuff in el Paso. Offer you way way under value for stuff. I.e. $25 for a $700 camera. Stay away from this place if you can help it...

Last night they let me in after they were closed because I needed a turkey !! We are havingThanksgiving a day early and they were already closed and they open the doors and help me out anyways! God bless them what a great bunch of people ! Thank God for first Cash pawn!! If ever I am in a tight squeeze, I will always go to you first, really !God bless you guys have a great Thanksgiving!!

This place is amazing! Very professional and very polite people! They get things done in a very great paste manner. I recommend this place to anyone. I love this place!

Staff is very friendly and are professional and courteous , always willing to take time to demo whatever you may be interested in and are negotiable on every item in the store ....if it's reasonable they may consider it ......Customer Service is their middle name ....and this location on Festival is tops on the west side ......

If you want to pawn jewelry STAY AWAY from this First cash pawn location.I pawned and later paid to get my ring out and it was altered!My ring was all gold, I got it back with a white gold and diamonds part on the top of the engagement ring.It's now wider, shorter and skimpier on the diamonds.It also had 2 holes on the band which was never like that!!!As if someone had chipped off gold.I also heard that an employee had been caught stealing parts of jewlry to later resale the bulk accumulated.I'm looking to see what I can do since I signed the way I usually due.Reserved my rights!

Never had a problem here. Customer service is awesome. Have bought and pawned stuff here.
