First Cash Pawn S Cooper St, Arlington

This place is horrible to do business with. I had a laptop and they sold it. They misplaced a label on mine did not even check the serial number or anything. It was an apple laptop every expensive I asked why was it not checked against the system and they could not give me a reason. When I talked to the manager he acted like he couldn't do anything. Then store manager was much worse took forever to get the issue resolved. I told them I wanted the exact laptop I had and they couldn't replace it. They tried to give me something else. I will never do business with them again.

Regular Veteran firearms instructor that purchases weapons here.... Was told on a conference call in my truck that I could not loiter here and I needed to leave. I was on my way to purchase a firearm that day but staff did not care. On multiple occasions have had to inform the limited knowledge staff and managers about the firearms that they have in stock and was once told I could not see two of the exact same firearms that was priced differently to inform them which one I wanted to purchase. I've many times tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but for me I'm done. I can't speak upon the rest of their inventory, but if you are searching for firearms go elsewhere.

Unfortunately I’m not able to give this negative stars or even 0. Giving them. 1 star is too many. If you are looking for a pawn shop find another one. I learned the hard way. I purchased a bike from here. The rim split on my 1st ride. The employees wanted to make it as if I damaged the bike myself. I was told that there was nothing that they could do. When I asked him why and was he just saying too bad so sad I paid for a bike that I could only use once Roberto told me pretty much. Low quality merchandise and unprofessional. Find another pawnshop.

First time customer. Clean, well organized and really friendly staff! They have lots of items to look through. I was especially interested in the musical instruments. Lots of acoustic and electric guitars, few flutes and keyboards and a clarinet. Even though I really wasn't looking for one, I got a great walker with bicycle brakes and a seat for the stand alone times. Definitely coming back to check out their stock again.

The manager of this store is a complete idiot I brought in some high end watches with boxes and certificates of authenticity and appraisal certificates to get a loan on , this retard tells me that they are all fake , these people don’t know anything about what something is or it’s value because I went right Down the block to another pawn shop and was quickly given the 3000.00 loan I needed , do your self a favor and keep south on copper a few blocks to a store with intelligent employees!!! To the manager of this store your an idiot and should find a job you know something about !!!!

Don't buy electronics here. They will not let you test laptops or printers here, yet they charge only 5-10% less than brand new.

The worst store manager and a bunch of lost employees! I bought a smart TV for a $120 and before proceeding with the transaction, i asked if I didn’t like the TV I can return it? Two employees answered me with yes as long as it’s not damaged! So I came to return it because of how slow it was!! The store manager told me I can’t return it in the present of both employees from the day when I bought the TV , and they acted like they didn’t know me at all! And on the receipt it says I can return it with 5% fee of the price if I bought a warranty! It was never offered and the 2 employees told me just come back and we’ll take care of you! At the end of the conversation the manager ended it saying “ no returns so go ahead a leave “

The 5 star rating is for the staff. They greeted me as soon as I opened the door. They were all friendly & courteous. As for the establishment as a whole, there were not very many items on the floor for sell.

This is a good place for finding unique items. The staff are friendly and Jeremy runs the place well. They are always marking down items . They can work with you if you're having trouble with cash. Don't have all the cash for what you want? Put it on layaway for affordable payments. I highly recommend this store. I find i5 to be one of 4h3 best First Cash stores around. Of all pawn shops.
