    They do not properly communicate their closings. Unless you are friends with them on fb you won't know they are closed on days like good Friday, when every other bank and FCU is open. Therefore, you and many other people are left going to their branch to pull money that is desperately needed and end up finding you're screwed instead. Bank at members 1st FCU, they are a thousand times better.

    Hi Christine, I'm sorry to hear you weren't aware of our closure today. But, we have communicated this in ways other than Facebook. We've had holiday hours signs up in our lobbies for the past two weeks. A closing message is on the lobby tv and on our telephone system. We have a message on Facebook and an email went out. And, our closures are listed on our website under Holiday Hours. We want everyone to know this important information so they don't have any problems, so please share any ideas you have on how better to communicate this information. Our drive-thrus are open tomorrow from 9 am - 12 pm, perhaps this will help out with your situation.
