This was by far the worst experience and I have purchased multiple houses. My experience was so poor that I felt obligated to write this review. How can a financial institution be this unprofessional that's beyond me. I didn't care for branch manager's snarky comments such as "stick to cash purchases" & "We have to finalize 100 more mortgages before yours". My mortgage didn't get approved till the day before my closing date. Most of my calls and emails were ignored. I wasn't given the exact number I would need for closing.

Sue was extremely helpful and made the loan process of buying a house easy. She quickly reacted to changes we occurred and was available to help anytime we needed. Sue is knowledgably in her field and answered any questions or concerns we had in an honest manor. She provided accurate estimates and found a perfect mortgage to fit our needs. She ensured we had all the proper paperwork and documents in place so there were no surprises at closing. I recommend anyone that needs a mortgage use Sue.

I am now a homeowner thanks to all of Sue's help! She worked with me from start to finish answering any questions I had along the way. I highly recommend her services!
