Went here recently with my parents to refinance their house only to waste my time. I would just like to say that First Bank DOES NOT care about their long time customers what so ever. My parents paid off their old mortgage with this bank and have NEVER been late on their mortgage payments. We thought that since we have been loyal customers to them that they will help us out. NOPE! We were so wrong. Will never come here again to refinance anything or to even bank here. Also wish the refinancing lady would've just e-mailed me to let me know what her decision was instead of waste my time coming in for a 5 minute appointment. I suggest if you don't want to waste your time, go somewhere else. No wonder this bank has been so empty the last few times I went!
