One Main Financial Albemarle, NC has a wonderful team! Dusty and his staff are great to work with. They all are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend them for you loan needs.

They are very nice and friendly when you first apply. Very willing to help. Thought they were great. But then I ran into financial difficulties where I needed to make hefty payments to IRS and NCDOR due to an error or risk my accounts being frozen. I spoke to Dustin in October and he asked me to make payment arrangements as I was a month behind going into 2 months behind. I explained I could not make any arrangements until December. He said ok and the conversation ended. I thought I would hear back in December. Nope. I get a nasty call today, from Michelle, at my job, after I said not to call me at my job, mind you; she did not even try my cell, and essentially threw a temper tantrum. I told her I spoke to Dustin and explained my situation. That I could make payments starting again in December. She did not care, instead her answer was " I helped you when you needed help and expected you to keep up your end of the bargain " Again I said " look I can't even afford groceries right now, let alone $150 you pay you guys at this time. I can take care of it in December" She instead said " well I guess I will be charging this off and ruining your credit then". She didn't even try to work anything out. Instead she acted like a child. I was very taken aback and disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Stuff happens and if my accounts get frozen they will not receive a penny anyhow, so why not put arrangements into affect starting in December? I will never use them again and will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional some of them can be.

The people here are so professional and considerate of your circumstances, they will help any way they can to consolidate or refinance for a lower percentage rate if possible. We will not go any where else for our financial needs.

They are great. They really know the business and go all out to help you. Dusty and staff have been tremendous in helping me during the pandemic and to help me get back on my feet. A really awesome group of people to work with.

They say that your approve for something online and then u send information over for them to tell me NO on the phone! Not Right. Call the 1-800 number so they can tell me why is it set up like that and all I got was a I DON'T KNOW!

Friendly people. They will call you time after time, though, trying to get you to take more money.
