I love the portal. it helped me and my husband keep track and it also tracked our progress so we knew when we finally "made it"! Loan officers put short explanations on each item needed so we knew exactly what they needed from us. Most times they were working weekends also. I felt like we were in good hands the whole time. Even got us to closing Early!
