We bought a car from them A.MONTH AGO the they failed to inform us the exhaust was blowing carbon dioxide back into car. They wont help with no info on my service warrenty . NOW I HAVE NO WAY TO HAVE IT REGESTERD BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DO THE PAPERWORK CORRECTLY. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE TO HAVE ONE STAR THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CAR LOT I HAVE EVERY HAD TO WORK WITH. SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO LOOK INTO HOW THEY RUN THERE BUSINESS

This place is amazing, I literally did a pre-approval credit application on the phone this morning. Angie is amazing she called me back instantly and got me approved and now I’m in here signing my contract. They have some really great cars for good prices and they work with all type of credit situations. I do recommend this place to others they are truly people of their word.

So about a week ago I was helping my mom look for a car and I came across here and told my mom we should go there because of the good reviews and nice cars I saw, my mom was hesitant to come because of her bad credit she filled out the application ,they called her back and told her they could get her in a car she was happy but still a little hesitant so May 18 me and my mom came and got the car from there it was a 2015 Kia Forte and left with no problems jay was very helpful and patient to us. so the next day May 19 my mom was home and trying to get a sticker where she lives so she called up to the car place to get a temporary registration just to park in the lot where she lives , my mom called about three times because she was a lil upset but the first time she called jay said he doesn’t do the registration he will have somebody call her back so they did they told her they gone to type a temporary registration for her my mom said okay then she called back to make sure she was still sending one ,one of the ladies said give me time and one of the other’s ladies got on the phone idk if her name was Amy or Jessica I think she was the manager and she got in the phone like you called us three times and cursed at us and my mother did not curse at her she just said they are pissing her off she was on the phone like I don’t have to give you nothing because you sign this and that and I understand where she was coming from but she was very unprofessional for talking to my mother the way she did I know my story is long but it’s just that I don’t like the way she talked to my mom she shouldn’t do that that would me or other people don’t want to come and get cars from them 💯 but overall the car is new and everything but who ever got on the phone needs to fix her mouth.
